For the past 10 years, I’ve worked inside a high-care food manufacturing environment, solving problems that most ERP vendors and consultants never see. I was the lead for manufacturing systems during a 5-year ERP implementation (Infor M3), where I helped build and roll out everything from MES and WMS to labeling systems, production data capture tools, and warehouse scanning programs.

I bridge the gap between what software says it does and what your floor team actually needs it to do.

My strength is being hands-on. I’ve written SQL queries, trained shift leads, debugged barcodes that wouldn’t scan, and helped QA teams get out of Excel hell. I know the difference between a good idea on paper and a system that works at 3am on a Tuesday when the filler jams and your scanner’s dead.
